    Zoya Nail Polish | Review

Super Nail Ireland kindly sent me some Zoya nail polish to try out and review.

The shade you see here is 'Rebel' from the Spring 2014 collection and it retails for 11.50 (it's a little paler than it looks in the image). It's an incredibly shimmery powder blue colour, the shimmer is made up of tiny flex of silver glitter. It's a really great colour for Spring. I think this colour would actually look amazing with a nice springy white outfit.

The nail polish itself is quite opaque, especially for a colour like this. I have a very similar colour nail polish by the brand StarGazer, and that nail polish takes 4-5 coats to achieve an opaque finish. This Zoya nail polish only took 2 coats. So that definitely impressed me. Though in saying that, I think this polish would also be a gorgeous top coat on ta complimentary colour to add a really nice shimmery twist to just a regular old coat of polish.

To get an accurate read on the longevity of the polish, I tried it first without a top coat. The nail polish lasted the first day without chipping, the second day it chipped a little and continued to chip little by little each day. This is pretty normal though, for a nail polish without a top coat.
Once I wore it with a top coat, it lasted far longer, not chipping until day 3, and the fragility of the polish was lessened ten fold and it lasted much longer.

I'd definitely re-purchase this polish and I'm really interested to try some more colours! They seem to have a really beautiful range of colours. Some of my favourite include:
     'Savita', 'Paz', 'Charla' and 'Sabrina'.

In conclusion, Zoya polish impressed me. It had great longevity, opacity, shade range and finish. I would repurchase. I give Zoya polish 5 shots out of 5! I honestly could not find much fault in the polish. The only downfall is that they are a little pricey, but honestly, you do get your money's worth.

What nail polishes will you be sporting this Spring?
